Binding of Coverage/Proof of Coverage

All quotes and offers of coverage are subject to underwriting terms and conditions and can only be made in writing by the appropriate affiliate. Leaving a voice message, posting, or correspondence does not bind coverage. Coverage cannot be bound unless confirmed expressly in writing by the appropriate affiliate.

Proof or certification of currently valued coverage is not available online. Customers are required to make a formal request and any confirmation and status is only provided expressly in writing.

WorkComp.Com may discontinue or change the web site, or its availability to you, at any time without notice. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
